By accessing or using Stackbase ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
Stackbase provides managed Supabase hosting services, allowing users to deploy and manage isolated Supabase instances through our platform at stackbase.sh.
Stackbase offers managed hosting for Supabase instances. Each subscription provides a dedicated Supabase stack including PostgreSQL database, authentication, storage, and real-time functionality.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
You are responsible for:
You must notify us immediately at hello@stackbase.sh of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.
Stackbase subscriptions are billed at $9.99 USD per month per Supabase instance. Payment is processed through Stripe and billed monthly in advance.
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.
Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Upon cancellation, your Supabase instance will be marked for deletion. Data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation to allow for recovery. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
We do not offer refunds for partial months. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made during an active billing period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without notice or refund.
You retain all rights to data you store in your Supabase instances. We do not access, use, or share your data except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for implementing appropriate security practices within your Supabase instances.
We strongly recommend maintaining your own backups. While we implement backup systems, we are not liable for data loss.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stackbase and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily interrupts service availability. We will attempt to provide advance notice for planned maintenance when possible.
We reserve the right to suspend the Service for maintenance, security updates, or to address technical issues without liability.
The Stackbase platform, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by Stackbase and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
The Supabase software running within your instances is subject to its own license terms. You acknowledge that Supabase is a separate project and Stackbase provides hosting services only.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
Material changes will be communicated via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users.
Upon termination, you will lose access to your instances and all associated data. We are not obligated to provide data exports after termination.
